Rachel & family started Nomad Cafe in December 2020. She had been living overseas during Covid and was evacuated on the last flight from Europe. After her family’s arrival in Bennettsville, SC, they very quickly ran out of their stash of coffee. This shortage coupled with Rachel’s training as a chef and pastry chef, prompted her to open an Italian-style coffee shop and café.
Nomad is located at 108 S. Marlboro St. in Bennettsville, just steps from the Courthouse & Library.
Lisa is owner/operator of A Little Old Fashioned Bakery and Catering. She received a baking and pastry degree as well as a culinary degree from Sandhills Community College. She loves to entertain people with food and laughter.
